The Clerk of Court is the official custodian of records for Hall County, Georgia. These records include traffic violations, State and Superior Court criminal cases, State and Superior Court civil cases, real estate records, and personal property records dating back to Hall County’s founding in 1818.
Most documents are open to the public; however, some documents are restricted to the public by law or judicial order.
